We feel that one of the most valuable sources of revenue for the city and its people will be through renovation of existing city-owned properties and purchasing of abandoned and for sale houses by the city. We look to retain, purchase, renovate, and build Camden's properties. This will facilitate work and training in many areas in regard to home renovations and, combined with homeownership classes and home-buying initiatives, allow for interested persons to invest in their city.
For more information see our Housing for All initiative.
Around the world, we are seeing examples of vertical farming. We would like to work with yards, lots, and roofs to grow fresh and nutritious food for all. We wish to set up a disaster-resistant vertical farming center. This will help to protect our produce through any type of weather or insect-related damage. In addition, we will be able to produce organic fruits and vegetables to not only meet all of the needs of the people of Camden but to be able to sell to surrounding neighborhoods and derive revenue for other projects in our city.
New Sources of Grants and Aid will be created by expanding and developing our valued grant-writing department to develop all assistance that our beautiful city is qualified for.
Our administration, along with our Center for Scientific Solutions, aims to continually provide the best quality of life in all areas to all of the people of Camden.
